Lakewood Owners Association is comprised of two sections, Lakewood Estates and Lakewood Park. Both sections have full access to the subdivision common areas and in recent years have amended and restated their governing documents to one single declaration. Below you will find the most current version of the legal governing documents.

In addition to the above aforementioned legal documents, the Association has placed in service an Architectural Review Committee to review and approve or deny requests to build on vacant lots or to modify an existing home or structure.

Modification requests must contain supporting documentation to allow the Architectural Review Committee the ability to review the project and provide a sufficient answer. Depending on the circumstances, the management office or the Committee may request additional time to ensure a proper decision is made.
